Hi According to previous threads, it seems that we should use our own scripts when running white matter vbm. I just wonder what's the condition now that we have a new version of fsl? For example, could you please provide scripts for the new version fsl? thanks a lot. It'd great if we could have a user guide on the fsl website for white matter vbm like gray matter vbm....
