Hello FSLer's,
So if My data melodic_IC is
Cluster Index Voxels Z-MAX Z-MAX X (vox) Z-MAX Y (vox) Z-MAX Z (vox) Z-COG X (vox) Z-COG Y (vox) Z-COG Z (vox)
3 2 0.988 34 42 27 34 42 27.5
Then I can say my cluster number 3 with MNI co-ordiante in mm are 34 42 27 and; p-value FWE-corrected using TFCE is < 0.012
if yes then I have a cluster number 9 also
with values as
9 84 1.46 14 52 20 15.9 51.6 20
defining MNI cordinate is OK but How to define p value.
Is there any matter of conflict about the value 1.46
What does this value signify?
Similarly I have a cluster number 14 with a value of 14.7
How we can interpret and report this data
and atlas query results for the cordinate 34 42 27 are
57% Right Cerebral White Matter, 32% Right Putamen, 10% Right Cerebral Cortex
Can't we say exact area of the particular cluster which consist of only 2 voxels?
Thanks and regards
Since Z-MAX is equal to t value

It depends on what you use. Here you have used your *p-value corrected using TFCE*, so here the "z-max" is your highest (1-p) value, i.e. your *lowest p-value corrected*.
Is right the depiction "p-value FWE-corrected using TFCE=0.05"?<0.05 for your all your results
How to describe my result as ventral striatum (MNI coordinates in mm: x=**, y=**, z=**; t-value=**; p-value FWE-corrected using TFCE=0.0***)?MNI coordinates in mm: x=-6, y=16, z=-6; p-value FWE-corrected using TFCE=0.01
