Dear FSL group, I'm trying the --wls (weighted least squares) option in the dtifit function within the FSL 5.0.2 package. In some instances, I have found that this fails with the following error message : >> terminate called throwing an exceptionAbort trap: 6 The OLS option within the same dtifit function does not seem to have an issue in dealing with the same data. I have two questions : 1. Has anyone noticed the same ? 2. Is there a way to call the OLS option *only* for the particular voxel where the above failure occurs. Thank you, Jim
