Dear all, I would like to extract statistical values from ROIs I've just created. All posts and explanations, however, explain how we can do it using featquery. Since I ran an ICA rather than FEAT analysis, I do not have .feat input directories. I basically chose a component of interest (from ICA output), ran a dual regression and created an ROI using fslmaths. Is the solution to use fslmeants? I tried it and got a value of 0.06, which appears too small?? I am also wondering what the next step would be. Thank you in advance! Helen
