Hi Jeanette,

I have another question. I am analyzing DTI data (TBSS). Do I need to use the -v option? If it's better to use, what std should be?

Dear FSL experts,

In the TBSS manual, I saw -V was used in the example below:

randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised -o tbss -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask -d design.mat -t design.con -n 500 --T2 -V

However, when I type randomise in terminal, there is no -V, there is only -v:
-v <std>        use variance smoothing (std is in mm)

What's the use of -V?

Thanks in advance!
