We use Edexcel for Functional Skills and as such I can attach the Edexcel form we used recently for this purpose. Whether or not this is useful to you, will evidently depend on whether or not you are with Edexcel for FS too!!

Does anyone have a copy or know where I can find the 'Functional Skills Credit Transfer Form' for English? I've had a look on the JCQ website but can't see it.
We have a student who completed the Reading and S&L components at another College with a different awarding body to what we use. The tutor wants to transfer these across so the student doesn't have to resit them.
