I have made an enquiry about this with the RNIB/ Action in Birmingham who hold the Access to Work procurement of services contract in the West Midlands. I used to be an assessor for ATW and have read an earlier version of the April 2010 document. RNIB/Action should know where to find it and if (big if) they respond to my enquiry, I will gladly pass it on. If you find it from another source I would be glad to be able to read it myself.
