Good afternoon,
We are doing some work with our planning department with
regard to redacting personal information from planning files. I seem to
remember a coupe of years ago the ICO releasing some guidance or possibly it
was a decision notice which outlined the specific personal data that is
expected to be removed from planning files before making them available on the
public register (signatures, telephone numbers, email addresses etc.)
I have done a search on the ICO website but can’t
seem to find what I’m looking for. Does anybody else remember this
guidance/decision notice and can point me in the right direction to find it?
Many thanks,
