Hello, Yeates twinning server; Phenix (and other possibilities). For detwinning, once you have a valid estimate of the twinning fraction (plus the twin law) you could use ccp4's detwin (this is the program I personally use). I think the name of the latter program tells what it does :-) . Fred.
