We are looking to appoint a high calibre candidate, trained in an appropriate discipline, with broad experience and knowledge of Information Management, including Data Protection and Document Management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering a major change programme that will transform the Council's approach to Information Management. You will be a confident and motivated individual, someone who knows their subject inside out and can drive through change in a challenging financial environment. You will understand the issues facing information management in the public sector and how the landscape is likely to change in the future You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to work effectively with senior managers across the Council, helping to drive behaviour change at all levels.
