Bioinformatics Officer, Cell Communication Team, Institute of Cancer Research, University of London, UK.

A post is available for a bioinformatics officer to work in the Cell Communication Team (Team Leader Dr Claus Jørgensen).  Central to the work in the Cell Communication Team is the use of high content data such as quantitative proteomics and phosphoproteomics, which is integrated with phenotypic data such as RNAi and small molecule screening.

Applicants will hold an MSc or a PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or a relevant field. S/he should have post-graduate experience with R/Bioconductor and Perl/Python and preferentially be experienced with analysis of quantitative proteomics data.
