Please find below our latest contract SAS Programming vacancy for the UK and a brief job description working with a large global pharmaceutical client.


CONTRACT
SAS PROGRAMMER



Position:
Contract SAS Programmer (Full time)
Start Date: Immediate or Feb 2013
Rate: Competitive 



Role

Working at this large pharmaceutical company you will be expected to program data from clinical trials and marketing support, develop and implement statistical programming specifications, produce TFL’s through phases II & III and QC the work of other team members.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge.

• Strong SAS experience within a Clinical/Pharmaceutical environment

• Good knowledge of drug development process in particular on collection, storing, processing and analysis of clinical trial data.

• Well developed planning and analytic abilities.

• Experience of CDISC, SDTM, ADaM is desirable.

• Communicates clearly and effectively.

• Strong knowledge of SAS programming language with SAS/Base, SAS Macro, SAS/Graph, SAS SQL and some SAS/STATS

Education/Qualifications.

• University education (BSc or MSc) or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or other analytical field.

• Good knowledge of English in a business environment
