Dear all,

We have a patient that has manganism (blood manganese 105.3 nmol/L (ref range 9.1-23.7).

According to Wiki, “The current mainstay of manganism treatment is levodopa and chelation with EDTA.”

Locally we have no experience at all with this and those treatment options. Does anyone know of a UK centre that has expertise in this?
