Dear SPM experts, I am trying to conduct the conjunction and disjunction analysis between two groups of subjects. In SPM, when selecting two sets of contrasts together, it prompts with 'Conjunction'. Shall I still applying mask? Furthermore, how shall I threshold the mask? Greatly appreciate if someone can specify the steps to conduct the conjunction and disjunction analysis using SPM.
