Dear SDF,
My work with a department was moving nicely towards planning for the implementation of Service Excellence and then I was asked once more, why not IiP?  We've stuck with the Service Excellence plan, but it did make me think if anyone has ever mapped Service Excellence with IiP to show the benefits of Service Excellence over IiP?    

I attended the quality seminar in Sheffield some time ago and remember clearly there seemed to be a move away from IiP towards the service models.  I'm wondering is this still the case?

I'd be interested in your thoughts.
