Dear Colleagues,
My organisation is considering rolling out our EDRM system to our Elected Members and their secretaries and we are in the early stages of considering a file plan for them to use and how to control access. 

Do any government organisations have any experience of doing this and are they willing to share any tips on file-plan development and access control.
