I think it might be Lego(R) Atoms & Molecules, which appears to be a thing
developed by folk at MIT.

It seems a full kit is around $360 ([log in to unmask]) and just
uses the regular (different) sizes of bricks to represent molecules, eg
Hydrogen is a single brick etc. You can just buy the bricks separately and
download various PDFs from that site.

I'm not exactly sure how all the various bonds are represented, I never
really thought of Lego as being particularly flexible in that respect but
that might just reflect my poor imagination here :)
