We are using OpenAthens with the Athens to Shibboleth gateway, so it might be that this is not affecting everyone, but is anyone else having problems? I've sent a message to Elsevier but the auto-reply I got suggested that they are having a large amount of messages to deal with and they may not be able to get back to me in the usual timeframe, which of course appears not to be detailed on the auto-reply...
