Hi all,

As usual, I received lots of extremely useful advice to my question about moving jobs during chartership so thanks very much!

A couple of people were interested in the replies so I will summarise these and send them on. If anyone else is interested, just let me know.

This mailing list is a brilliant resource :)

Best wishes

Hi everyone,

Since I have had some fantastic wisdom in the past from this list, I thought id ask for some advice.

I am currently working on my chartership and am reaching the end of my 12 month evidence gathering stage. I am in a non-professional role but have been given support by my current manager to undertake professional projects.

I have been offered a new professional level post, which will start in the new year.
My question is- should I just tie everything up from my current role and submit my portfolio using this? Or should I continue to work on this during the early stages of my new job and submit a portfolio using both roles as evidence?
I should probably mention that my new job is also NHS, but in a completely different health board and the role is quite different (outreach)

Thanks very much
