Does anyone have any experience with the Adobe shibboleth shop?

They have something called a 'Shibb Name' which doesn't seem to relate to anything in Shibboleth and a requirement for a 'Shibboleth Portal' which I presume is an IdP but can't confirm. They also want the 'Affiliation' attribute which they can't confirm
is eduPersonAffiliation and to top it all off they require us to provide the 'http_persistentID server variable' otherwise their site crashes. They are in the federation as:
