A day of workshops and talks around researching, collecting, conserving, writing and communicating LGBTI personal, local and community histories.

Acclaimed writer Peter Daniels will be leading creative writing workshops inspired by LGBT material from the LMA archive collections.

ABOUT PETER DANIELS
Peter Daniels has been writing poetry for many years. In the mid-1980s he was part of the gay poetry group the Oscars, which became the Oscars
Press which published a number of books.
In 1994 he became Listings Editor of Poetry London Newsletter, eventually becoming Production Editor until 2001.
Peter won the Ledbury competition in 2002, the International Poetry Competition in 2008, the Ver Poets Competition and the TLS Poetry Competition,
both in 2010.
Counting Eggs is Peter’s first poetry collection, (Mulfran Press).
