Hi All, I've had some problems with BET and having read many posts on the listserv I decided to run fsl_anat. It works really well, but I'm just wondering if it's possible to change the f value for the betting? I have tried to run it through with no luck - I keep getting this error: Option --betfparam requires an argument I've tried adding my new f value before and after this command but it's not working. What do we need to add to the command line to change the f value? Many thanks, Gillian
