Dear all,

I have a question regarding correlational analysis in FSL between brain activation and a behavioral variable. I ran groupICA (using MELODIC) then dual regression to investigate the group differences in brain activity in the components of interest (it was a resting state fMRI study). I am interested in seeing whether the significant group difference in brain activity in one of the components correlates with my behavioral measure. I cant seem to find, however, an outputted file for each participant with a statistic measuring their activation for that component so I can run a correlation.

Any thoughts?
