FSL 5.0.2 has been released:
* There are numerous minor bug fixes
* A Subthalamic nucleus atlas, kindly provided by Birte U. Forstmann, has been added.
The full distribution can be downloaded from
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/
either by the installer script or direct download.
while incremental patches from previous FSL 5 versions can be downloaded from
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/patches
A patch for Debian/Ubuntu should be available sometime soon, courtesy of Michael Hanke.
