Hello FSL Users
I am trying to run TBSS step 2, which seems to work for a while and then crashes. I think it may be a problem of the system rather than FSL because up until now all commands were fine (I ran tbss_1_preproc).
Nonetheless, I thought I would ask on this forum if there is a solution!
My error msg is:
ERROR: No such directory: /media/sf_host/TBSS_ECMO_vs_CON/FA
which is not true, as this directory does exist.
