I agree Nicola.  I’m on a course with RTA looking at the Pink Book and the ICE book tomorrow and I am so full with enthusiasm I cannot wait!  What with JCQ and their Access Arrangements, Edexcel and their missing SRFs,

I’m totally fed up with Exams full stop today!

Had a teacher accuse me of being a liar yesterday when I said the e-volve software was fine and if her students couldn’t log in they were typing their keycodes in wrong.  The tests at 9am were fine and the tests in the other online room were fine.  Out of 18 students 10 were sitting their tests and 8 couldn’t log into them.

On checking their attendance for yesterday of the “inaccessible 8”: 2 are withdrawn, 4 were absent all day and 2 didn’t turn up until 12 o’clock when their tests were at 10am.

And I’M THE LIAR!!!!!!!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

God give me a proper job!

I don’t know how everyone else feels but I am totally fed up with access arrangements. They seem to be taking over my job at the moment. I am loosing the will to live. Trying to get evidence from schools or tutors is a nightmare.

You can use it for continuing study for the same qualifications, but not for new ones. For example, if he is retaking his GCSE English that this applied to before then that is OK, but if he has moved onto GCSE French or AS English the answer is No. Also, you still need evidence of it being his normal way of working if he is receiving tuition at your College.

Confused.again..We have a learner who has brought with them one of the NAA approval forms from GCSE online assessment portal from his school.

This is in date but can we use it without having the form 8 to back it up??
