It says:

JCQ always welcomes feedback on its publications from exam officers so that the comments can be considered and their booklets further refined for the next
academic year.
Send your comments on this year's publications to [log in to unmask] by 31 January 2013.
Bearing in mind the problems we are all having with the pink book, I will certainly be giving my feedback before their deadline this year!
On another note, it is good to see that OCR listened to our adverse comments on their ridiculous re-vamp of question paper packets last year. The papers for January have clear windows again
