IWCA Writing Center Summer Institute: June 23-28, 2013

The International Writing Centers Association (an NCTE Assembly) annual Summer Institute will be held on the beach June 23–28, 2013 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

The Summer Institute is ideal for current or would-be writing center directors and assistants, writing program administrators, tutors, writing teachers, curriculum developers, graduate students, new PhD’s, and academic leaders – both in the U.S. and abroad. Institute leaders offer presentations and roundtable discussions on a variety of topics that connect theory and practice. Leaders are available to meet one-on-one with participants throughout the week.

Leaders for the 2013 IWCA Summer Institute are

Enrollment is now open and limited to the first 30 registrants. Scholarships are available.
