When a certain company opened a new call centre in Trowbridge I thought I would look and see what work might be on offer. Virgin and Jobs was not a good search, work was a long way down the list. I think my employer believed my story.

Some years ago when the internet was relatively new an elderly friend of mine who was very interested in horse racing googled ‘Studs’. As you can imagine very few sites showed ‘Mill Reef’ or any of the other top Flat or National Hunt stallions. The stallions his search found tended to have two legs not four. What I’m trying to say is, how do you defend yourself against this sort of thing ? CCTV at least shows your car parked on a double yellow line, or two blokes smashing a shop window. You can’t say either of those was ‘by accident’
