LASR 2013 Statistical Models and Methods for non-Euclidean Data with Current Scientific Applications Leeds, UK 2nd - 4th July 2013 Call for Abstracts The Leeds Annual Statistical Research (LASR) workshop 2013 will focus on non-standard statistical models motivated by novel applications; the models include multivariate skew distributions, distributions on manifolds such as circle, torus, shape spaces, rotation matrices. This is the first International Workshop dedicated solely on such a timely theme. We are inviting abstracts from anyone wishing to give a contributed presentation at this workshop. Abstracts should be one or two paragraphs in length, outlining the work that you would like to present. Please indicate whether you would prefer to present your work as a short talk or as a poster presentation. The deadline for abstract submission is Thursday, 28 February 2013.
