We currently provide a Urinary Free Cortisol service (DCM extracted - Cobas) with all the drawbacks of collection and an extraction method.

What is the current opinion of the clinical utility of Salivary Cortisol (11pm) as a screening test for Cushings, either alone or in combination with Liddle dexamethazone?

Would Labs currently using this test like to share their documentation?
