We have a neurologist who would like to measure antidopamine receptor antibodies which he understands are only able to be measured by Prof. R. Dale and Dr. F. Brilot at Children's Hospital at Westmead, Sydney.
 
Does any correspondent have relevant experience of :
a)    The assay and its use/relevance
b)    Another supplier somewhat closer
c)     How to transport a sample to Oz.
d)    Any idea of the cost of same.
