Dear colleagues Please find attached a job opportunity for a PhD position in Environmental Engineering available at Eawag in the Department of Urban Water Management. Please forward to promising candidates: Fully funded PhD position (3 years) within the project SEWPROF. SEWPROF is a Marie Curie International Training Network, where 16 institutions employ a total of 11 PhD and 4 Postdoc researchers to jointly investigate a new paradigm in drug use and human health risk assessment: Sewage profiling at the community level. For details see http://sewprof-itn.eu/ The successful candidate is expected to hold an MSc degree in environmental engineering sciences, environmental chemistry or relevant related fields and has a strong interest in scientific research. A strong background in mathematical modelling of environmental processes is an asset. To be eligible for this position, the candidate must fulfil the mobility requirement within MC ITN projects, which requires to not have lived or worked more than 12 months in Switzerland since spring 2010.
