Don't EMI tickets get assigned to the section of GGUS which we don't have write access to ( even normally.) Ie not the "was" area of GGUS. ( they get put into the "tech" area.) Which ticket is it you are having trouble with. I can update ( with 2B cert ) 87958 which is a team ticket. If terms of the old cert I switched to a new laptop recently that did not have my old cert installed - I did think that was the issue as well.
