Don't EMI tickets get assigned to the section of GGUS which we don't have write access to ( even normally.)
Ie not the "was" area of GGUS. ( they get put into the "tech" area.)
Which ticket is it you are having trouble with.
I can update ( with 2B cert ) 87958 which is a team ticket.

Hello

Yes I did get the warning email. I expect everyone (in the uk who is older than a year) did.

But I can do other things with my new certificate. I guess perhaps the team ticket editing was only possible with the old certificate - but then recently for sure I will have been presenting the new certificate when going to ggus so don't see immediately how it could have been related.

(But given it happened around the same time then probably is I guess)

Hi Wahid

I see a similar problem.

I don't see a filed for comments and to change site status.

Have you got a warning email about your atlas vo membership was expired?

If yes, I'll write to amod.

Hi

Ps I still have problems. I can list the team tickets but I can't edit them and I also can't edit tickets assigned to ECDF.

I have the 2B certificate loaded. It is the only cert loaded and I have never had the old one on this computer / browser.

I am using Chrome.

But the same thing happens on another machine using Firefox.

I am on shift tomorrow - so not going to be massively effective if I can't edit tickets.

Is it only andy and I who have this problem? - that seems odd.

What happens if you click on the link to see the team members? Are you there? Are you still presenting the old cert in your browser? GGUS might not be too clever at checking expiry etc.

I have attached a screenshot of what I see when clicking on team members.

If terms of the old cert I switched to a new laptop recently that did not have my old cert installed - I did think that was the issue as well.

Thanks,

Andy.
