Hi SPM experts,

I've just normalized the hi-resolution (2x2x2) slab EPI data (that are mostly covering the temporal area) to the MNI template (EPI.nii) in SPM8 for group-level analysis (n=13).
These are the beta output images and mean image was used as a source image for each subject during normalization.

However, inspection of alignment across those 13 output images suggests that normalization may have gone wrong (see attached PDF file).
As you can see, the horizontal dimension is clearly off across those normalized data (i.e.,some are higher than others).
I'm not quite sure if this mismatch of horizontal dimension is usually the case for normalized images across subjects.

If anyone used to (or currently) handle the slab data and know how to better normalize it, please help me by giving me any tips.
