i am now working on a longitudinal dataset (3-time points) using gaser's longitudinal toolbox.

and i considered to use customized template...

but i am confused about what template should i use in the 3-time point longitudinal study?

should i use the whole group (average all 3 time points scans) to generate a customized template ?

or should i use the baseline images (eq., 1st time point scans) to generate the template?

or the mean images (the mean image of 1st,2nd,3rd)?

please anyone give some advice if you have met the same question before...
