I do not know what a 'parcel' is in this context, but moving an image (ROI?) from MNI space brain to someones (person X) native brain space requires the following (assuming you have a T1 scan from person X):

1. make sure the image ('parcel'?) is registered correctly to MNI space.
2. segment the native space T1 of person X
3. choose normalize (write only), choose the image ('parcel') you want to unnormalize, choose as parameters the mat file with _inv.mat at the end that is produced during step 2 in the folder holding the T1, and run it.

Done.
