Hi I have MEG source localized data : pos: [8211x3 double] dim: [21 23 17] inside: [2934x1 double] outside: [5277x1 double] and I have an MNI brain mask: dim: [91 109 91] pos: [902629 3] Does a function exist to tell me which source localized voxel is within the mask? or map the mask into the low resolution source localized data? (I need an actual position/voxel/index rather than a brain map.) Many thanks, Anna
