“Records managers and reviewers with experience of Central Government, EDRM and records review are needed as soon as possible for this four month project based at a Government Department.

The candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to take decisions on their own about the retention or disposal or a mixture of paper and electronic records.  They will also need the interpersonal and communication skills to explain and sell their decisions to potentially sceptical senior civil servants.

This would suit a confident records manager with government experience.  Candidates with security clearance are preferred, but it isn't necessarily an essential requirement.”
