Did no one nominate "muniments"?  From the Free Dictionary:

muniments [ˈmjuːnɪmənts] pl n
1. (Law) Law the title deeds and other documentary evidence relating to the title to land
2. Archaic furnishings or supplies

For more modern use, though, I'd favor "furnishings."
