Dear Gemmers,

Many thanks to all who responded to my request about working with volunteers and volunteer “toolkits”.  Attached is the collated responses which are rather interesting.

Sorry it’s taken a while to post this to the list.

Dear Gemmers,

I am very interested in finding out about you work with volunteers and any volunteer “toolkits” which you may have put together. So I’d be really grateful if you would send me details of what you are doing and copies of any programmes and toolkits.

I know that some of you are also interested in or are thinking of setting up a volunteer programme, and so I shall collate all responses and post them to this list.

Also, I can give you advance notice that one day of next year’s GEM annual conference in September 2013 will be devoted to working with volunteers.

Many thanks

John
