Two requests for advice today:

1. How do you make schools, teachers and school administrators
read booking information?

We're experiencing more and more examples of schools arriving at our
museums having not read the booking information that we have emailed to
them. Are there any strategies that colleagues have introduced that can
help with this proble? We don't want to post everything out) but it
seems that teachers/ others dealing with arrangements for school visits
are not reading attachments. Any advice most welcome

2. Have colleagues introduced successful cancellation charges - to
deal with school cancelling and/or just not turning up?

Thanks in advance
