Respected Sir, May I ask you one question Thanks for stating the comment "the spatial maps are not simple correlation map of voxel's time course and IC time course but the result of multiple regression" Then what hotter color represents that is there is positive correlation among the time series calculated through ICA and voxel's own time series (bold signal) and cooler color represents negative correlation among the above stated time series. I may be wrong please rectify me Kindly provide the answer for my question
