Dear all, For spinal fMRI analysis, I put off the tag of BET on the prestats tab in GUI when I use B0 unwarping. Should I make a new mask of spinal cord or not ? And can I entry that mask using GUI ? If not, please tell me which command line should be used in terminal. Thank you, Eiji Takasawa
