Hi FSLers, I'm using the FLS 5.0 version and try to run the lesion_filling command. I created manually masks for lesions in MTL. After executing this command: lesion_filling -i T2_PAT_001_ROI.nii -o T2_PAT_001_MASK -l T2_PAT_001_ROI-mask.nii I've got following error message: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'NEWMAT::IndexException' This command worked when I removed the mask from the lower parts of MTL(, but this solution will cause the registration problems again). Could you help me with this problem? Best, Anna
