Dear Michael and Stephen

I
've typed your suggested command and result was:

apt-cache policy fslview
fslview:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: (none)
  Version table:
     3.1.8+4.1.6-2build1 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

actually nothing is installed!!

on the other hand I tried to follow steps of NeuroDebian , so I select "UBUNTU 12.04 Precise Pangolin" and the suggested command appears :

et -O- http://neuro.debian.net/lists/precise.us-nh | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neurodebian.sources.list
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu 2649A5A9

I type it in terminal and results are:

~$ wget -O- http://neuro.debian.net/lists/precise.us-nh | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neurodebian.sources.list

and :

Also I searched in Ubuntu Software center for FSLview! but there was no appropriate search result!

My problem clearly is that I have downloaded FSL 5 from NeuroDebian but I can find no FSLview to view it.

Peace

Hi - I'm not quite sure what you're asking - but as far as I'm aware, the Ubuntu version of the downloads for FSL5 is complete and working, including fslview and atlases.

I am also not aware of any issues regarding Ubuntu 12.04. Let me know if you are still having problems. If so please send the output of

$ apt-cache policy fslview

Thanks,

Michael
