Also I searched in Ubuntu Software center for FSLview! but there was no appropriate search result!
My problem clearly is that I have downloaded FSL 5 from NeuroDebian but I can find no FSLview to view it.

Hi - I'm not quite sure what you're asking - but as far as I'm aware, the Ubuntu version of the downloads for FSL5 is complete and working, including fslview and atlases.
