Hi Cath

We've been claiming framework certificates for over a year now due to severances and restructures etc. etc. The process itself is relatively straight forward. What's not so easy is getting information from colleagues on which framework is the correct one to be claimed and also being told to claim a framework because it is completed, but then finding out that some of the results have not been reported to exams so you are still missing evidence needed for the claim. We only collate evidence of achievement from what was achieved with us for claims. Evidence of achievement from elsewhere (e.g. GCSE certificates) are sourced from students and passed to us by our framework administrators.

Hope this is helpful!

Regards
Stephen

Subject: Apprentice framework certificates

Hi

Do any of you claim or the apprenticeship framework certificates in the exams department, I have never been involved in this process as it has always been done by our business development department. They are now trying to make this part of our role which I am none too keen in.....
Feedback from other Exams Officers would be greatly appreciated as to who does this in their college.
