Subject: [data-protection] Data Protection laws across the globe

An interactive map illustrating those countries that do and those that do not have Data Protection laws.  Click on each country for a very brief summary, often only the name of the Act or the enforcement authority.

Also shows countries implementing such a law and whether or not data export is restricted or prohibited and whether the law extends to cookies.
