ESRC and ESRC CASE doctoral funding
Candidates are invited to apply for ESRC and ESRC CASE doctoral funding with Royal Holloway, University of London, specializing in Geopolitics and Security within the Politics, Development and Sustainability research group of the Department of Geography.
The Department of Geography, Royal Holloway, part of the ESRC South East Doctoral Training Centre are inviting applications for an award to fund a part or full-time 1+3 (Masters for those without one + PhD) or +3 (for those already with appropriate Masters).
We are particularly interested in applications and ideas for projects that engage in the following research themes and interests:
Geopolitics and Security is a new initiative and post-graduate community within the Politics, Development and Sustainability research group within the Department of Geography, and contains the new Geopolitics and Security MSc and blog http://www.rhulgeopolitics.wordpress.com. The group benefits from strong ties with the department of Politics and International Relations and the Information Security Group at RHUL. Applications will also be considered in collaboration with the Cultural Geography research grouping.
